Senior SailPoint ISC Engineer / SME

Massive Pixel Creation Sp. z o.o. is recruiting for a Senior SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Engineer to join the IAM team of a leading Investment Management firm. The role focuses on bringing deep ISC expertise in-house to reduce reliance on external SailPoint consulting resources and build long-term operational maturity.

• Direct, hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) experience is mandatory; IdentityIQ (IIQ) experience alone is insufficient.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of meaningful ISC experience if combined with IIQ background.
• Proficiency in BeanShell scripting, JSON, REST API development and debugging.
• Experience with SailPoint Rules, Workflow development, connector troubleshooting, and configuration.
• Familiarity with Postman, Visual Studio Code, and API testing/debugging tools.
• Strong log analysis and production troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access provisioning including ticket/request-driven provisioning, certification campaign administration, governance workflows, and joiner/mover/leaver processes.
• Ability to communicate clearly and independently with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written English skills are required.

• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for SailPoint ISC production issues.
• Independently diagnose and resolve complex problems using root cause analysis, log analysis, and API debugging.
• Develop and maintain BeanShell scripts, SailPoint Rules, and Transforms.
• Build and enhance governance workflows, lifecycle management processes, and access provisioning flows.
• Troubleshoot and maintain connectors and integrations.
• Manage access provisioning through individual requests and tickets, including approvals and exceptions.
• Handle day-to-day operational IAM tasks such as joiner, mover, and leaver processes.
• Support and enhance certification campaigns.
• Work independently with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Lead troubleshooting discussions and communicate clearly on complex technical matters.
