• Experience in a similar role in technology projects
• Understanding and application of architectural and design patterns
• Knowledge of technologies: OKD, Angular 21, Java 21, Camel 4.8, Camunda 7/CIB7, WSO2 Micro Integrator v4.4.0
• Ability to design, recognize problems, define them, and propose solutions
• Experience in designing IT systems for organizations
• Ability to translate requirements and analysis results into proposed solution concepts
• Curiosity in problem-solving and ability to connect facts
• Ability to identify the core expectations in analytical products
• Nice to have: knowledge of the insurance industry, especially claims and damage handling

• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to identify business requirements
• Make decisions on implementation methods for specific requirements
• Ensure consistency of solutions across modules
• Identify technical dependencies, obstacles, and blockers for future development
• Indicate possibilities for reusing components between functionalities
• Support Tech Leads in planning work sequences
• Motivate, monitor, and increase the efficiency of developers in production teams
• Identify necessary competencies
• Monitor progress of technical work against plans
• Identify and resolve technical problems, escalate when justified
• Participate in meetings: Daily, Refinement, Status meetings, Retrospectives, and support implementation of retrospective conclusions
• Enforce execution of technical tasks within the project environment
• Execute tasks arising from the project risk mitigation plan
• Manage operational technical deployments, including environment management
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and standards
• Support procurement processes including technical input, coordination of technical personnel involvement, and participation in tender processes
• Support synchronization with IT Architects and report to the technical project manager
