Senior Product Designer

Fundraise Up is a global fundraising platform that facilitates fast, seamless, and accessible donations to nonprofits worldwide. The platform serves enterprise nonprofit organizations across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe, powering tens of millions of dollars in donations monthly. The product ecosystem includes a modern checkout experience, customizable widgets, donor and partner portals, admin tools, and internal applications. The distributed team consists of over 160 product professionals based mainly in Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus.

• Proven senior experience with 5+ years in product design, ideally in complex B2B SaaS, FinTech, or large-scale e-commerce.
• A systems-thinking portfolio demonstrating how business problems are solved, complex flows navigated, and design impact measured, including case studies.
• Fundamental knowledge of research and data, including asking the right questions, tracking metrics, and validating decisions.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, speaking the language of engineering and product, and negotiating trade-offs without sacrificing user experience.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency for seamless communication across a distributed team.

Strong plus:

• Experience designing payment flows, checkouts, or FinTech products focused on conversion rate optimization.
• Advanced prototyping and motion design skills for creating micro-interactions.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, React) to bridge design and engineering.
• Background in nonprofit technology or a strong personal passion for NGO impact.

• Drive end-to-end product design by partnering with Product Owners, engineers, and analysts to transform ambiguous problems into shipped solutions.
• Make data-informed decisions by collaborating with UX Research and Analytics teams to form hypotheses, run tests, and derive actionable insights.
• Evolve the product ecosystem by driving consistency across portals, widgets, and admin tools while managing complex technical dependencies.
• Leverage AI actively in daily workflows to enhance problem-solving and operational efficiency.
• Champion accessibility by designing intuitive, inclusive interfaces that comply with WCAG standards.
