UX/Product Designer

• A strong portfolio demonstrating both user-centered product design (case studies showing user flows, wireframes, and UX thinking) and exceptional visual craft (digital illustration, UI design, typography, and branding).
• Mastery of Figma, including advanced auto-layout, variables, component properties, and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility (WCAG) standards.
• An elite eye for composition, color theory, visual hierarchy, and modern digital design trends.
• Experience creating clean SVG assets, responsive layouts, and structured design tokens that facilitate frontend development.
• Extreme attention to detail, noticing inconsistencies from misaligned pixels to friction-filled user flows.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with motion design or animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Rive, Lottie) to bring UI transitions and illustrations to life.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS/Tailwind, or frontend development workflows.
• Experience working on gaming, entertainment, consumer tech, or creator-focused digital products.

• Own the design process from concept to fidelity, including user research insights, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Design and deliver high-quality custom illustrations, empty-state graphics, onboarding visuals, and iconography that enhance usability and strengthen brand identity within the product.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Frontend Engineers to advocate for the user, validate design decisions, and ensure seamless implementation.
• Champion the Figma design system by establishing, maintaining, and scaling reusable UI components, layout patterns, and asset libraries across products.
• Create highly organized, structured design files and documentation that support efficient frontend engineering implementation.
• Quickly translate user feedback, data analytics, and product requirements into elegant, intuitive, and measurable design solutions.
