• Experience in designing, configuring, and developing workflow solutions, preferably in the WEBCON BPS environment.
• Ability to model business processes and translate them into system solutions.
• Experience building complex decision logic, business rules, and process state models.
• Knowledge of system integrations, including asynchronous flows and event-driven approaches.
• Ability to work with data-driven processes, statuses, events, and automated business decisions.
• Experience optimizing process performance and handling system events.
• Skills in analyzing exceptions, errors, and non-standard workflow situations.
• Good communication and close collaboration with analysts, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Independence, analytical thinking, and responsibility for solution quality.

Nice to have:

• Experience integrating with CRM, ERP, contact center, or operational process systems.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, event queuing mechanisms, or event-driven integrations.
• Experience in projects related to financial, debt collection, negotiation, or payment processes.

• Designing and implementing workflows for processes in Contact Center (CC) and Field Advisors (DT) channels.
• Modeling negotiation processes for repayment terms and handling settlements or products.
• Building complex decision logic, business rules, and process state models.
• Managing case flow between systems and synchronizing statuses.
• Implementing and maintaining integrations between systems, including event-driven flows.
• Processing events from CC and DT systems.
• Automating decisions based on business rules, data, and system events.
• Monitoring agreed conditions, including payment tracking and process statuses.
• Responding to process events such as missed payments, status changes, or exceptions.
• Validating activation, suspension, and termination conditions of processes.
• Handling exceptions, errors, and non-standard situations in workflows.
• Optimizing process performance and event handling mechanisms.
• Collaborating closely with analysts to translate operational processes into system solutions.
• Actively participating in shaping the architecture of workflow solutions within the organization.
