• Experience with cloud platform engineering services, including design, implementation, and integration of cloud-based solutions.
• Experience in creating and managing skill taxonomies to support the integration of new offerings and skills into existing practices.
• Experience leading the technical integration of acquired offerings into existing practices, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and minimal disruption.
• Experience managing the development of practices to incorporate new skills and offerings.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and effective utilization of inherited skills and offerings.
• Familiarity with creating and managing skill taxonomies is advantageous.
• Technical integration expertise is desirable.

• Develop New Skill Taxonomy: Create a comprehensive skill taxonomy to support the integration of Taos by IBM into OPES Practices, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and effective utilization of inherited skills.
• Integrate Taos Offerings: Lead the integration of Taos offerings into OPES Practices, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption to existing processes.
• Support Practice Development: Manage the development of OPES Practices to incorporate Taos skills and offerings, driving growth and enhancement of cloud platform engineering services.
