• Experience with infrastructure products including provisioning, deployment, configuration, and migration.
• Exposure to analyzing and resolving infrastructure-related incidents.
• Experience conducting business impact analyses and risk assessments.
• Experience managing and supporting infrastructure products to meet performance and security requirements.
• Familiarity with process compliance and SLA management.
• Knowledge of advanced infrastructure products and incident analysis techniques.
• Experience with business continuity planning.

• Analyze and resolve infrastructure-related incidents, minimizing downtime and ensuring prompt restoration of services by identifying root causes, implementing fixes, and verifying resolution.
• Provision, deploy, configure, and migrate infrastructure products to meet client needs, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
• Conduct business impact analyses and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and provide recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance IT resilience.
• Manage and support infrastructure products to ensure optimal performance, security, and process compliance.
• Ensure all infrastructure-related activities comply with established processes, procedures, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.
