Senior Snowflake Architect/DevOps Cloud Specialist

ITFS is the employer offering a position focused on cloud architecture and security, specifically involving Microsoft Azure and Snowflake platforms.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure architecture with practical experience in designing and configuring cloud subscriptions from Root/Management Group to Resource Groups.
• Practical experience with Snowflake platform deployment, initialization, and securing workspaces in Azure.
• Expertise in data and network security, including designing and implementing strict security policies, network rules, and advanced RBAC in Snowflake.
• Experience managing secure, granular, and controlled external access to data for third parties such as external auditors.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approaches, preferably with automation tools like Terraform.
• Understanding of compliance standards and cloud governance best practices.
• Communication and analytical skills for mapping security requirements to technical solutions and creating clear project documentation.

Nice to have:

• SnowPro Core/Advanced Architect or Azure Solutions Architect certifications.
• Experience with carve-out/M&A projects and deployment automation (e.g., Terraform, Schemachange).

• Design and complete configuration of Azure cloud subscriptions from Root/Management Group level through subscriptions to dedicated Resource Groups.
• Deploy, initialize, and fully secure Snowflake workspaces within the Azure cloud.
• Design and implement strict security policies, network rules, and advanced RBAC structures in Snowflake to provide secure and granular access to external auditing entities.
