Reporting & Data Product Owner

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data enablement, reporting, BI/dashboarding, or digital analytics
• Ability to translate business needs into reporting requirements and user stories
• Proficiency with Power BI and Excel (required); knowledge of GA4/Adobe is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Experience working with IT/data teams on backlog, testing, and releases
• Understanding of data governance including access, roles, consistency, and documentation
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
• Proactive, structured, independent, and delivery-focused

• Manage the pipeline of dashboards and reporting solutions based on business needs
• Build, connect & maintain Power BI dashboards using multiple raw data sources
• Translate business requirements into KPIs and data/reporting specifications
• Collaborate with other business functions to ensure high accuracy & relevance across data tools
• Coordinate UAT and ensure solutions are accessible & ready for business use
• Monitor data quality through ongoing validation and identify/correct data issues
• Maintain documentation of KPIs, data sources & mapping
• Act as a main point of contact for reporting-related requests
• Gather and prioritize business needs for analytics and reporting
• Support adoption of dashboards and improve reporting processes
• Identify opportunities for automation and simplification
