TUiR WARTA S.A. is a company operating in the insurance and financial sector, part of one of the largest international insurance-financial groups. The position is based in Warsaw, Poland.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst in software development projects
• Strong knowledge of system analysis and IT solution design
• Experience designing system integrations using APIs (REST, SOAP), asynchronous communication, and data exchange (JSON, XML)
• Practical knowledge of application architecture and data flow between systems
• Ability to create detailed technical and functional specifications for development teams
• Experience collaborating with developers, architects, and testers throughout the software lifecycle
• Proficiency in UML and BPMN
• Practical knowledge of Enterprise Architect or equivalent modeling tools
• Ability to model data and design logical structures
• Good knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and SQL query creation and analysis
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Experience analyzing non-functional requirements such as performance, security, availability, and scalability
• Independence, analytical thinking, and ability to propose technical solutions
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Nice to have:

• Experience with integration projects using ESB, API Gateway, or integration platforms
• Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
• Basic Java knowledge for code analysis
• Experience in financial or insurance sectors
• Knowledge of integration security (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect, TLS)
• Good understanding of integration patterns
• Ability to analyze application logs and communication
• Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Postman, Swagger, SoapUI
• Ability to read technical documentation and Java code fragments

• Participate in cross-departmental projects involving the IT Department
• Conduct analytical work with internal clients
• Collaborate with external companies during project execution
• Create business requirements specifications
• Verify business needs for system implementation feasibility
• Develop new solutions in cooperation with business clients
• Design technical solutions for system components and integrations with Architects
• Collaborate with programmers
• Ensure product quality by preparing test assumptions and supporting acceptance tests
• Support organization and execution of tests
• Lead system analysis and cooperate with development teams in designing and implementing IT solutions
