Helpdesk Agent

Envipco is a leading technology company specializing in reverse vending machines (RVM) with over forty years of experience providing devices that enable consumers to recycle beverage packaging and collect deposits. • Experience in technical support or helpdesk roles, preferably in automation, vending machines, or industrial equipment.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and automation with the ability to diagnose hardware faults.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of MS Dynamics365 is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work remotely and use remote access tools (remote desktops, VPN).
• Good communication skills including patience, empathy, and clear explanation of technical issues to non-technical users.
• Self-reliance and good organizational skills.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level for reading technical documentation and communicating with an international team.
• Fluent Polish language skills for serving Polish-speaking clients.

• Receiving user reports of RVM machine issues via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Diagnosing hardware problems (sensors, input modules, touch screens) and software issues (machine control, user interface, external system integration).
• Providing remote technical support including log analysis and device resets.
• Collaborating with field service teams for escalated issues requiring on-site intervention.
• Advising users (stores, collection points) on daily machine operation, basic maintenance, and fault reporting.
• Creating and updating technical documentation, user manuals, and procedures for clients and service technicians.
• Monitoring machine status and suggesting improvements for reliability and operational efficiency.
