Network Engineer Team Leader

Rezon Bio is a company with over 1300 specialists producing advanced biological medicines that improve patients' quality of life worldwide. • Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, maintenance, or development of network infrastructure in an enterprise environment.
• Experience as a Senior Network Engineer, Technical Lead, or technical expert serving as an escalation point.
• Practical knowledge of Palo Alto Networks and Panorama solutions.
• Experience with Aruba Wireless infrastructure.
• Knowledge of NAC technologies.
• Very good knowledge of Routing & Switching.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure network services, especially ExpressRoute.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Very good English language skills in speaking and writing.
• Ability to organize work and coordinate team activities.

Nice to have:

• Higher education in computer science, telecommunications, or related fields.
• Certifications such as CCNP, PCNSE, Aruba, ITIL, or equivalent.

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for LAN, WAN, WLAN, Firewall, NAC, Internet, and cloud network services.
• Diagnose and resolve complex incidents and conduct root cause analyses (RCA).
• Maintain, develop, and optimize network infrastructure and network security solutions.
• Administer and develop environments based on Palo Alto Networks and Panorama, Aruba Wireless, NAC solutions, Routing & Switching technologies, and Microsoft Azure network services including ExpressRoute.
• Monitor environment performance and initiate actions to improve stability and service quality.
• Coordinate work of a small team of specialists and collaborate with external suppliers.
• Organize and prioritize tasks performed by the team.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational standards, and knowledge base.
• Support activities carried out locally at the Gdańsk office.
