• Experience in an IT team management (Development) role
• Experience in designing system architecture, including low code platforms (e.g., Ferryt, Eximee)
• Experience in software development

• Manage the development team
• Manage the team's task backlog and collaborate with the IT Delivery Manager
• Maintain architecture and quality of solutions delivered by the team
• Recruit, motivate, develop employees, share knowledge, set goals, and co-create development plans
• Collaborate closely with managers in the area, department, and IT
• Maintain excellent relationships with business unit stakeholders
• Co-create and implement IT strategy and development plans for the area
• Plan and settle project budgets
• Coordinate and monitor work towards goals
• Maintain good PR for the team
• Identify and implement opportunities to use AI/GenAI (e.g., LLMs) in production and business processes
• Support the team in adapting AI tools, including automation of analytical, testing, and development processes
