LUX MED Sp. z o.o. is a company operating in the healthcare sector, offering post-sales application development support within the individual sales area. The role is based in Warsaw.

• Approximately 2-3 years of professional experience in an independent or project role
• Experience in one or more areas: development/support/design of IT systems; sales, customer service, order processes, or post-sales systems; requirements gathering, process analysis, participation in implementations
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Agile)
• Ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Desirable knowledge of Jira, Confluence, 4Net
• Desirable certifications (PO/Scrum/Agile) and English language skills sufficient for working with documentation
• Willingness to develop towards an independent Product Owner role

• Support the current Product Owner in developing systems related to individual sales during the implementation period
• Eventually act as an independent Product Owner for selected products
• Gather and analyze business and user requirements
• Select requirements based on real business and product value
• Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog
• Collaborate with the development team using Scrum methodology
• Co-create and implement the product roadmap
• Participate in the implementation of new functionalities and system changes
• Communicate changes, prepare materials, and conduct training
• Present work results to stakeholders
• Define and monitor effectiveness metrics of implemented solutions
