UX Designer

• Minimum 2 years of experience designing mobile applications (iOS/Android) and responsive web experiences.
• Ability to articulate and defend product design decisions based on user needs and business goals.
• Experience using user research insights and data analysis to inform design solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills with designers, product managers, analysts, researchers, and engineers.
• Ability to work across the entire design process from ideation to implementation and refinement.
• Strong verbal and visual communication skills.
• Native-level proficiency in Polish and B2-level English skills.
• Practical experience using AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat) to improve productivity and decision-making.

Nice to have:

• Experience applying GenAI within the software development lifecycle, including workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations.

• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

• Work with cross-functional partners in Design, Product, Experimentation, and Engineering teams to craft user experiences and identify key opportunities.
• Establish and maintain the design system, understand the roadmap, and ensure timely project completion.
• Champion business interests through design-informed decisions.
• Engage with key stakeholders in the design process and foster a resilient design team and culture.
