SAP EWM Support

• Initial experience working with SAP EWM
• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or production
• Very good knowledge of Polish language
• Good knowledge of English language
• Ability to work with users and a hands-on approach

Nice to have:

• Experience with WMS systems
• Experience in user training or system support
• Knowledge of end-to-end warehouse processes

• Support warehouse and production users in daily SAP EWM operations
• Assist with system transactions including receipts, issues, picking, packing, shipping, and production
• Explain process logic and system operation principles
• Work directly on the shop floor and in the operational environment
• Support users in adapting to new processes
• Collaborate with the Stargate project team and local leaders
• Identify recurring problems and escalate them
