ERP Solution Consultant - SAP Intercompany

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SD, ideally with full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Familiarity with Solution Manager (SolMan) or SAP Cloud ALM for documentation and transport management.
• Proficiency in monitoring and troubleshooting IDocs/ALE.
• Experience or knowledge of Advanced Intercompany Sales and Advanced Intercompany Stock Transfer.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Global Trade Services (GTS) integration is preferred.
• Proven experience with Decentralized EWM integration and Embedded TM transportation planning.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical business models is a plus.
• Analytical mindset to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions without over-customizing the "Clean Core."

Backlog Management:

• Define, order, and refine Product Backlog items aligned with business goals.

Product Strategy:

• Evaluate existing SD processes to identify optimization opportunities, especially in automated order processing and real-time analytics.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with Supply Chain stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations, and communicate product updates.

Development Collaboration:

• Work with Scrum teams to define, build, and validate product features during sprints.

Solution Design & Configuration:

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of new features within S/4HANA.
• Perform independent SAP standard configuration and customization within S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) and Material Management (MM) modules.

WRICEF Specification & Design:

• Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications for custom developments.
• Design and deliver WRICEF items (Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms) from ideation to hypercare.

Logistics Integration:

• Act as functional lead for SD integration with Decentralized EWM and Embedded TM to ensure seamless flow from Sales Order to TM Integration.

The position requires working in a hybrid model with an average of two days per week in the office, with specific days varying based on business needs such as workshops and meetings.
