Business Operations Analyst - RDT EPIE

Roche is a company operating in the life sciences/pharma industry. The role is part of Roche Informatics, a diverse team focused on technological innovation and IT solutions. The position is within the RDT Enterprise Platforms, Infrastructure & Engineering (EPIE) team, which acts as a strategic engine bridging vision with execution to drive operational excellence and long-term strategy in healthcare technology.

• 5+ years of Business Analysis or Consultancy experience, with at least 3+ years in life sciences/pharma or the supported business function.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end BA workstreams independently.
• Demonstrated ability to translate requirements into strategic implementation plans aligned with business objectives.
• Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis/Consultancy concepts and practices.
• Strong proficiency in requirements elicitation, documentation, traceability, and change management.
• Ability to independently apply tools, principles, and techniques related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including facilitation and conflict resolution.
• Proactive mindset focused on process improvements and organizational development.
• Service or project delivery management experience is a plus.

• Independently manage end-to-end business analysis workstreams without guidance, addressing problems with emerging ambiguity.
• Lead analysis of needs and problems, perform thorough research, and drive root cause analysis.
• Deliver comprehensive requirements and contribute to operational excellence and effectiveness solutions.
• Identify and build relationships with diverse cross-functional stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Facilitate workshops, resolve conflicts, and shape stakeholder perspectives to align with project goals.
• Translate requirements into strategic implementation plans and influence tactical decisions.
• Evaluate solution impacts considering immediate and long-term business implications.
• Mentor junior analysts and actively shape team processes, methodologies, and best practices within the Community of Practice.
