SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)

Square One Resources is hiring for a global SAP transformation program focused on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SAP development.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
• Proven experience developing applications using SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Foundry, SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAPUI5.
• Experience with application integrations and cloud-based SAP solutions.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and modern development practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum, Jira, and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and experience working directly with business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of at least one SAP S/4HANA business process area.
• Experience with SAP BTP DevOps and authorization concepts.
• Experience in large-scale SAP transformation programs.
• SAP or SAP BTP certifications in relevant technologies.

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Develop solutions using SAP BTP services, including SAP Cloud Foundry, SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAPUI5.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, UX designers, and functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in effort estimation, sprint planning, and project delivery activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and blockers in collaboration with functional and technical teams.
• Support authorization-related activities in cooperation with BTP DevOps, Authorization, and business teams.
• Coordinate application deployment activities and support release management processes.
• Provide regular development status updates to project teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and solution design sessions.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP BTP applications and enterprise systems.
• Ensure compliance with development standards, security requirements, and best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities within the team.
