Project Manager

eConsulting operates in the IT sector, supporting international companies in regulated industries such as banking, finance, insurance, and pharmaceuticals. They provide comprehensive quality control and implement modern HR platforms for employee management.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in successful SaaS or IT implementations in HR Tech, LMS, or LXP, with knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand or Workday being a significant advantage.
• Practical skills in project accounting using Time & Material or Fixed Price models with hour limits, monitoring profitability, and assertive budget deviation management.
• Experience delivering hybrid projects combining agile phases with fixed deadlines.
• Ability to independently identify, document, and monitor contractual and technical risks, implement mitigation plans, and engage in substantive discussions with the team and client.
• Business understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data migration processes to assess contractual risks and discuss with architects.
• Experience acting as a key implementation partner for large corporate clients and building relationships with client-side Project Managers.
• Fluent English at minimum C1 level for documentation, status reporting, and ongoing communication with clients and partners.

Nice to have:

• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM).
• Practical knowledge of ClickUp, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet.

• Independently manage implementation projects following a hybrid methodology, including Discovery, Prototype, Proof of Concept, UAT support, and Hypercare phases, ensuring timely delivery of all project products.
• Take responsibility for the scope of work of eConsulting and collaborate operationally with the client's Project Manager responsible for internal change management.
• Monitor project budget based on reported team engagement hours, verify implementation hours, and transparently report budget consumption.
• Coordinate implementation team activities and build relationships within the project structure based on leadership without formal authority.
• Create and continuously update key project artifacts such as Project Schedule, RACI matrix, escalation paths, RAID log, and CR log.
• Conduct project status meetings and participate expertly in Steering Committees to ensure full transparency of work status.
• Monitor milestone achievement with regard to potential scope expansion, proactively identify, document, and continuously monitor risks, and actively oversee mitigation implementation.
