The client is a leading debt management company in Central Europe. The team develops workflow/BPM platform-based solutions, especially WEBCON, orchestrating end-to-end business processes from client contact initiation through negotiation to monitoring obligations and process event handling. The solutions operate in a complex and highly integrated system ecosystem with interdependent components, requiring cross-team collaboration with local and HQ teams.

Wymagania

  • Experience designing, configuring, and developing workflow solutions, preferably with WEBCON BPS.
  • Ability to model business processes and translate them into system solutions.
  • Experience building complex decision logic, business rules, and process state models.
  • Knowledge of system integrations, including asynchronous and event-driven flows.
  • Ability to work with data-driven, status-based, event-based processes and automated business decisions.
  • Experience optimizing process performance and handling system events.
  • Skills in analyzing exceptions, errors, and non-standard workflow situations.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills with analysts, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Independence, analytical thinking, and responsibility for solution quality.

Nice to have:

  • Experience integrating with CRM, ERP, contact center, or operational process systems.
  • Knowledge of SQL, API, event queuing mechanisms, or event-driven integrations.
  • Experience in projects related to financial, debt collection, negotiation, or payment processes.

Obowiązki

  • Design and implement workflows for processes in Contact Center and Field Advisor channels.
  • Model negotiation processes and handling of settlements or products.
  • Build complex decision logic, business rules, and process state models.
  • Manage process flow between systems and synchronize statuses.
  • Implement and maintain integrations between systems, including event-driven flows.
  • Process events from Contact Center and Field Advisor systems.
  • Automate decisions based on business rules, data, and system events.
  • Monitor fulfillment of agreed conditions, including payment and process status tracking.
  • Respond to process events such as missed payments, status changes, or exceptions.
  • Validate activation, suspension, and termination conditions of processes.
  • Handle exceptions, errors, and non-standard situations in workflows.
  • Optimize process performance and event handling mechanisms.
  • Collaborate closely with analysts to translate operational processes into system solutions.
  • Actively participate in shaping the architecture of workflow solutions within the organization.
