Data & Business Analytics Consultant (Controlling)

• 5+ years of experience in Business/System Analysis, ideally within Data, Analytics, or AI projects
• Proven track record in finance-related or controlling projects
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, and translating business needs into technical requirements
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders and delivery/engineering teams
• Ability to define and document business requirements, system specifications, and solution designs
• Solid understanding of architectural models, data flows, and business process diagrams
• Knowledge of Power BI and Excel
• Strong consulting background with ability to diagnose client needs and build recommendations
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
• Problem-solving attitude, proactive mindset, and customer-centric approach
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Identify business needs to deliver value for customers
• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Build and manage project backlogs: Epics, User Stories
• Analyze data sources and design optimal data models
• Create solution concepts and prototypes (including Power BI mockups)
• Verify and optimize existing business processes
• Prepare test plans and support testing activities
• Develop clear analytical and technical documentation
• Prepare and lead presentations for various audiences
• Work directly with clients to design BI and data-driven business applications
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects on conceptual design
• Work with Developers to ensure the delivery meets business goals
• Support the Product Owner or take a coordinating role within Agile/SCRUM
