Senior Golang Developer

Upvanta is a company developing modern backend solutions for international projects, focusing on scalable system architecture and cloud-native microservices.

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
• At least 3 years of commercial experience with Golang.
• Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices.
• Experience building scalable backend systems.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2+ level.

Nice to have:

• Kubernetes.
• Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS.
• Event-driven architecture.
• Terraform.
• Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry.
• Experience in FinTech, MedTech, IoT, or SaaS projects.

• Design and develop backend applications in Golang.
• Create and maintain REST API and GraphQL services.
• Design microservice architecture and cloud-native solutions.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in solution design and code reviews.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams.
• Support CI/CD and DevOps activities.
• Mentor less experienced developers.
