SAP FI Analyst – 0,5 FTE | B2B | E-Invoicing Nordics

Consultant role for a project focused on e-invoicing covering sales and incoming invoices, suitable for freelancers.

• Very good knowledge of SAP FI and basic knowledge of SAP SD.
• Experience with incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Practical knowledge of IDoc and SAP integration.
• Ability to map SAP data to XML formats.
• Experience in analyzing business, tax, or regulatory requirements.
• Ability to diagnose process and integration errors.
• Experience in testing and preparing documentation.
• Very good command of English for working in an international environment.
• Availability from July 13, 2026.

Nice to have:

• Experience in e-invoicing projects or tax solutions for Nordic countries.

• Analyze legal and tax requirements related to e-invoicing in Nordic countries.
• Collaborate with business, especially the tax department, to define the scope of documents reported to public administration.
• Analyze accounting and invoicing processes in SAP FI and SD.
• Map SAP fields to required XML structures.
• Work with IDoc: generate, analyze structure, process, and diagnose errors.
• Analyze errors in SAP, IDoc, and XML and identify their causes.
• Test solutions, post documents, and search for appropriate documents in SAP.
• Create and update project documentation.
• Collaborate with developers and coordinate technical changes without affecting solutions in other countries.
• Train business users and transfer knowledge and documentation to the support team.
