Workday Peakon Consultant

Smart People is recruiting for an international client on a long-term Workday Peakon implementation project.

• Proven experience with Workday Peakon implementations
• Experience participating in discovery, design and estimation phases
• Strong understanding of employee engagement and feedback processes
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders
• Excellent communication and consulting skills
• Fluent English (mandatory)

Nice to Have:

• Workday certifications
• Experience with Workday HCM integrations
• Previous experience in global or multi-country implementations

• Lead discovery workshops and requirement gathering sessions
• Analyze business needs and translate them into Workday Peakon solutions
• Support effort estimation and implementation planning
• Configure and implement Workday Peakon Employee Voice
• Advise stakeholders on best practices and solution design
• Support testing, user acceptance testing and go-live activities
• Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer
