PM/ PMO Analyst

• Experience supporting projects or transformational programs.
• Practice in preparing project reports and documentation.
• Experience monitoring risks and actions in projects.
• Basic knowledge of finance and budgeting.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders from various sectors.
• Very good work organization and accuracy in task execution.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of MS Project, Teams, SharePoint, and Jira.
• Experience with financial data analysis tools.

• Daily maintenance and updating of registers for actions, decisions, risks, and issues.
• Preparing meeting notes and monitoring the implementation of decisions.
• Updating the project repository and ensuring documentation consistency.
• Supporting the preparation of status reports and presentations for management.
• Monitoring deadlines, milestones, and dependencies within projects.
• Assisting in budget control and resource allocation.
• Coordinating meetings and ongoing communication within the project team.
• Proactively identifying information gaps and project delays.
