- Daily maintenance and updating of registers for actions, decisions, risks, and issues.
- Preparing meeting notes and monitoring the implementation of decisions.
- Updating the project repository and ensuring documentation consistency.
- Supporting the preparation of status reports and presentations for management.
- Monitoring deadlines, milestones, and dependencies within projects.
- Assisting in budget control and resource allocation.
- Coordinating meetings and ongoing communication within the project team.
- Proactively identifying information gaps and project delays.
