Senior Product Engineer

• Python fluency with ability to quickly build and utilize a wide range of libraries.
• 2–5 years of full-stack experience in a high-output team balancing speed and quality.
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript and React on the frontend (Hooks, Context API, Vite, Shadcn UI) and backend (Node.js, Express, REST APIs, PostgreSQL).
• Strong sense of UX quality with ability to distinguish good and bad UX.
• AI-native mindset with understanding of MCP and agentic orchestration patterns; experience building guardrails for AI agents.
• Self-driven and business-aware, focused on solving real problems and impacting metrics.

Bonus Points:

• Hands-on experience with LLMs in production, prompt tuning, RAG pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), or agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI).
• Familiarity with LLM observability tools (Langfuse, LangSmith) and cloud platforms (GCP).
• Passion for AI and staying current with new models, protocols (MCP, A2A), and developer tooling.

• Build and maintain the core multiplatform document system, owning features end-to-end from idea to production, including React frontends, Node.js/Express backends, and PostgreSQL.
• Proactively instrument features, measure impact, seek user feedback, and iterate or discontinue features based on findings.
• Design and orchestrate agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, and MCP protocols; integrate LLMs into product features via prompt chains, tool calling, and function execution.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and leadership to shape the product roadmap.
• Build, maintain, and extend automation pipelines connecting AI agents, external APIs, webhooks, and cloud services on GCP.
