FP&A Analyst

• 4+ years of experience in finance, ideally in a role combining analysis and FP&A exposure
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work confidently with large data sets
• Advanced Excel skills and ease in working with financial systems and tools
• Very good command of English, enabling smooth communication in an international environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both global and local teams
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and readiness to support operational finance processes

• Support daily finance activities for assigned manufacturing sites, including month-end close, basic variance commentary, and account analysis
• Provide ongoing operational support to Plant Controllers and local finance teams, ensuring smooth execution of routine tasks
• Assist with selected FP&A activities such as monthly reporting, forecast inputs, financial projections, and performance tracking
• Work with financial data and systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of required information
• Support preparation of monthly projections, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning cycles
• Collaborate with both global and local finance stakeholders to maintain alignment on timelines, deliverables, and reporting standards
• Operate in a hybrid work model, combining office presence with remote work
