Production Support Engineer

Production support and maintenance of billing and payments systems in a distributed environment focusing on system stability, performance, and continuous improvement using DevOps and cloud technologies.

• Experience in production support
• DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux
• Experience with IIS, Kubernetes, Docker, Hazelcast, GCP
• MS SQL and Oracle knowledge
• Bash, Git, Jenkins, Splunk
• Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, GitHub)

Nice to have:

• Payments domain (ISO 20022, XML/JSON)
• Full DevOps toolchain (Git, Jenkins, Maven, Nexus)
• Java basics
• Experience in complex environments and strong analytical mindset

• Daily production support and incident resolution
• Maintenance of Windows and Linux servers and middleware (IIS, Hazelcast)
• Managing containers (Kubernetes, Docker) and GCP environment
• Building and supporting CI/CD pipelines
• Supporting operations using application monitoring and data analysis
• Working with MS SQL and Oracle databases
• Managing changes and coordinating with stakeholders
