The company supports major M+E customers globally and is involved in both private and public cloud deployments of its technology stack.
Wymagania
- Previous experience in support roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL and Aurora.
- Experience with Linux (any flavor).
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to react to changing situations.
- Ability to act effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new software and hardware products.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree or diploma in IT, Electronics, or Computer Electronics.
Additional skills and experience that will be useful:
- Exposure to AI tools, including generative AI solutions.
- Familiarity with Python and JavaScript.
- Enthusiasm about computer hardware.
- Experience with Media Asset Management or Playout systems.
- Understanding of network technologies (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Switches).
- Knowledge of cloud computing environments (AWS preferred).
- Willingness to travel if required.
Obowiązki
- Respond and provide expert technical direction to customers regarding operational issues, firmware upgrades, and system maintenance.
- Assess customer applications and troubleshoot issues through research and issue replication to determine root causes.
- Recommend solutions using appropriate technical language in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain communication between customer service and other Evertz departments to resolve issues and update customers.
- Aid in design changes and interface with Product Management regarding new feature requests.
- Support development of communication tools by authoring customer guides and providing technical information to the writing group.
- Participate in on-call duty.
