Wymagania
- Relevant educational background in design, requirements engineering, business analysis, or software development
- 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer
- 2+ years of experience as a requirements engineer, system analyst, business analyst, or product owner in software development
- Skills in prototyping tools such as Figma, Axure, Proto.io, XD, or similar
- Understanding of software lifecycle and agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe)
- Strong analytical and creative mindset, diligence, and agile problem-solving approach
- Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills
- English fluency for efficient work in multinational teams
Obowiązki
- Balance user needs with business objectives, requirements, usage patterns, technical feasibility, and agreed scope
- Participate in deciding how business needs can be fulfilled with new product features
- Ensure mutual understanding of user needs in collaboration with the Product Owner
- Provide design deliverables incrementally, including user flows, mock-ups, interactive prototypes, UI assets such as Figma components, icons, illustrations, microinteraction specifications, and responsive layouts
- Document developed functionalities with formal requirements, flowcharts, diagrams, and use cases
- Identify potential challenges and risks related to the context of use
- Collaborate with UX Researcher to conduct exploratory research and usability tests
- Cooperate with the Design System team to establish new components and maintain software consistency
- Collaborate with other roles responsible for formal artifacts to maintain clear documentation
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Testers, and audiological, business, and technical stakeholders to support quality assurance for developed features
