Architekt Rozwiązań (k/m/n)

KUBO is a company involved in shaping IT solution architecture within a large organization, focusing on a broad spectrum of systems and applications.

• Experience as an IT Architect / Solution Architect or Senior Software Engineer influencing architecture
• Practice in designing systems from scratch and modernizing/integrating legacy systems
• Broad technological knowledge including application and integration architecture, SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP - at least one), API and event-driven architecture
• Knowledge of architectural patterns (microservices, monolith, SOA, EDA, cloud) and ability to select appropriate ones
• Experience building resilient systems (e.g., retry, circuit breaker, idempotency)
• Ability to model architecture (diagrams, documentation, presentations)
• Understanding of non-functional aspects: performance, security, availability, costs, observability
• Strong analytical skills and decision-making under incomplete data
• Very good communication and collaboration with various stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience in regulated industries (finance, insurance, healthcare)
• Knowledge of Domain Driven Design (DDD)
• Experience with Agile / SAFe
• Familiarity with EA tools / architectural repositories
• Certifications (Azure / AWS / TOGAF)

• Support business in preparing analyses and solution concepts
• Design system and IT solution architectures based on business needs
• Assess project initiatives and their impact on existing architecture
• Create technological and architectural recommendations
• Collaborate with IT suppliers during solution implementation
• Participate in designing, planning, and executing IT initiatives
• Create and maintain architecture models (as-is / to-be)
• Co-create directions for organizational architecture development
• Supervise compliance of solutions with architectural principles
• Collaborate with technical and business teams (development, QA, security, operations)
