AI Platform Owner

Craftware is a technology company with over 500 employees specializing in complex IT implementations for large organizations, including sales systems, automation, data platforms, and AI. They are partners with Salesforce, Veeva, UiPath, and Databricks. Currently, they are developing their own AI framework called System of Intelligence (SoI) targeting operational challenges in large corporate organizations, with defined architecture, working PoCs, and initial enterprise client interest.

• Solid architectural background designing large, multi-system business solutions.
• Innovative thinking with the ability to create novel market solutions.
• Practical understanding and up-to-date knowledge of AI technologies and trends.
• Experience leading technical teams.
• Willingness to engage in operational work including designing, creating, PoC testing, and working closely with the team.
• Understanding of product lifecycle and required processes at each stage.
• Effective communication skills from C-level clients to technical teams.
• Ability to create, communicate, inspire, and ensure realization of product vision.
• Critical evaluation of own ideas with market and peer feedback.

Nice to have:

• Product management experience.
• Knowledge of financial, life science, or telecom industry processes.
• Experience with corporate implementations.
• Successful AI implementation experience, even small scale.

• Own the product vision and backlog.
• Lead the development team including developers and architects.
• Make product and architectural decisions, including utilizing PoC results and defining implementation directions.
• Deliver the first pilot deployment internally and for external clients.
• Build the commercialization model including licensing, pricing, and sales support.
• Collaborate with Business Unit directors.
