AI Dev Coach

• Very good knowledge of the SDLC process
• Experience with AI tools supporting development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor)
• Knowledge of CI/CD and automation of development processes
• Ability to propose practical AI-based improvements
• Experience working with teams and leading transformational/AI initiatives
• Ability to conduct training and share knowledge
• Ability to analyze and understand organizational processes
• Quick learning and adaptation to new technologies
• Very good communication skills
• Willingness to work onsite in Warsaw (1 day per week)
• Leadership competencies
• Experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, Test Automation, or related SDLC areas

• Creating and promoting good practices for AI usage in SDLC
• Designing new solutions and process improvements using AI
• Identifying areas where AI can increase team efficiency
• Proposing specific solutions for organizational and technical problems (e.g., development bottlenecks, environment availability, data)
• Supporting teams in implementing AI tools in daily work
• Coordinating and supervising AI adoption in the organization
• Conducting training and workshops on AI usage
• Supporting team work organization and improving collaboration
• Monitoring market trends and recommending new AI solutions
• Evaluating the effectiveness of AI usage in various SDLC areas

The candidate must be willing to work onsite in Warsaw one day per week as part of a hybrid work schedule.
