Senior SAP Consultant

We are partnering with one of Europe's fastest-growing fintech companies, serving millions of customers across international markets. The organization is embarking on a strategic SAP transformation that will establish SAP as the core platform supporting critical business processes across the company.

• Proven experience participating in end-to-end SAP implementation projects, from requirements gathering and solution design through go-live and post-implementation support.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes and their implementation within SAP.
• Hands-on experience with business process design, stakeholder workshops, system configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities.
• Experience working on greenfield SAP implementations is highly preferred.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders, acting as a bridge between business requirements and system capabilities.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the confidence to challenge assumptions, evaluate solution quality, and influence key decisions.
• Ability to identify risks, recommend improvements, and drive initiatives through to successful completion.
• Experience working with external SAP implementation partners and vendors is considered a strong asset.
• Languages: Polish - min. C1, English - min. B2

• Act as the internal SAP expert and trusted advisor for business stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Technology teams, and external SAP consultants.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Participate in solution design, process modeling, testing, data migration, and go-live activities.
• Challenge implementation partners and ensure proposed solutions meet business needs and best practices.
• Identify risks, recommend improvements, and influence key implementation decisions.
• Support financial reporting, integrations, and optimization of business processes.
• Own the SAP roadmap and drive future SAP initiatives after implementation.
