IT Solution Architect (f/m)

BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego is a global company offering digital workplace solutions and international team collaboration.

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in IT industry with strong background in software development, cloud solutions, and IT security.
• 4+ years in IT architecture and infrastructure design.
• Expert knowledge in Identity & Access Management (IAM) including Microsoft Entra ID, Azure SSO, SAML, OIDC, WAM, Kerberos, and user lifecycle management.
• In-depth experience with Microsoft technologies: Windows 11, M365, Intune, SharePoint Online, on-premise and cloud SaaS solutions.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, secure network layers (Zero Trust), APIs, API Gateways, and Service Bus.
• Foundational knowledge of servers, storage, databases, and development experience in C# or C++.
• Basic understanding of DevSecOps principles.
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture Management tools (SAP LeanIX, LUY) and TOGAF methodology.
• Knowledge of backup systems and disaster recovery strategies.
• Ability to integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) into business processes.
• Proficiency in O365, Visio/Draw.io, Teams, Mural, SharePoint, and Atlassian tools.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have:

• Certifications such as TOGAF, SAFe, or ITIL.
• Experience with Atlassian products, UiPath, or AVAYA technology.

• Architectural Design, Documentation & Strategy: Design and document end-to-end solution architectures including enterprise architecture graphs, logical and physical architecture, and business process maps. Evaluate and select secure, scalable, and enterprise-ready technologies aligned with strategy and budget.
• Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide expert guidance to development teams, product owners, and architects. Translate business needs into technical solutions and simplify IT policies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as liaison between business and IT stakeholders, negotiate and align perspectives, anticipate architectural needs, and guide strategic technology decisions.
• Modernization & Security: Lead modernization initiatives, support Active Directory migration ensuring Zero Trust readiness, define target architectures, and ensure adherence to security and privacy standards.
• Project & Process Management: Oversee complex projects such as cross-country application migrations and large-scale data transfers, participate in risk evaluation, conflict management, and cost-based decisions.
