Project Manager

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management.
• Experience working with external clients.
• Experience managing projects related to Microsoft technologies, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM, or Power Platform.
• Experience coordinating multi-person project teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practical experience in agile environments.
• Ability to manage project schedule, budget, scope, and risks.
• Very good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build business relationships and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• High level of independence, responsibility, and work organization.
• English language proficiency enabling fluent business communication.
• Good knowledge of IT project execution processes and software development lifecycle.

• Lead implementation projects based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate work of project teams including consultants, analysts, and developers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions.
• Report project status and key indicators to clients and management.
• Ensure timely task completion and achievement of project goals.
• Support teams in resolving project and organizational issues.
• Initiate improvements in project processes and working methods.
• Ensure high quality of delivered solutions according to client expectations.
