Intern Product Owner (Paid Internship)

MasterBorn works with well-established companies and startups in early stages (MVPs), serving clients from the high-end American IT market across diverse industries such as Fintech, Sportstech, and Medtech. The company offers flexibility working within the Polish time zone and supports remote or hybrid work modes with an office in Wrocław.

• Curiosity about digital product development from idea to launch
• Ability to create simple visuals (flows, diagrams, step-by-step breakdowns) to support client conversations
• Proactive and communicative attitude with willingness to ask questions
• Basic knowledge of tools like Notion, Miro, or Jira
• Fluency in Polish and English (minimum C1 level for both)
• Active student status

Nice to have:

• Involvement in student organizations, startups, or hackathons
• Interest in AI, no-code, or automation tools
• Familiarity with Scrum, Agile, or Lean Startup methodologies
• Previous experience as a Product Owner or Project Lead in any context

• Work with experienced mentors on real, cross-functional projects
• Support Product Owners in managing the backlog, defining tasks, and keeping delivery on track
• Join client calls and internal stand-ups, potentially facilitating meetings with support
• Collaborate with designers and developers and write clear, structured documentation
• Participate in planning, estimating, prioritizing, and iterating in real teams
• Receive feedback from mentors, project teams, and the Delivery team
• Support marketing or internal initiatives if interested

• Must have active student status
• Fluency in Polish and English (minimum C1 level for both) required
