Wymagania
- 3–6 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role in IT or business transformation projects
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Structured and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Experience in HR systems (e.g., euHReka, Workday, SAP, Strada/ADP)
- Exposure to system implementation or migration projects (e.g., cloud migration, HR systems, ERP, payroll, or similar platforms)
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end projects in a structured environment (preferably enterprise or multinational setup)
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (IT, business, vendor)
- Good understanding of risk and issue tracking, with ability to escalate appropriately
- Basic understanding of HR/payroll processes or enterprise back-office systems
