Test Analyst

Antal is an international product-focused technology organization developing digital platforms and business-critical solutions used across multiple European markets.

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in software testing.
• Strong experience in both manual testing and test automation.
• Practical experience writing and maintaining test scenarios using BDD/Gherkin.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Cucumber.
• Experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks within the Java + Cucumber ecosystem.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Very good English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Playwright, Groovy, Shell scripting, Xray, Bruno.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps / CI/CD practices.
• ISTQB, TMAP, or Agile certifications.

Manual Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Design, write, and execute test scenarios using BDD/Gherkin approach.
• Perform exploratory and functional testing.
• Identify, analyze, document, and prioritize defects.
• Support test environment management and validation activities.

Test Automation:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scenarios.
• Build and enhance regression test suites.
• Contribute to automation strategy and continuous quality improvements.
• Ensure test automation is aligned with business and user journeys.

Quality & Collaboration:

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and quality-focused workshops.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Provide quality reports and testing insights.
• Promote shift-left testing practices and continuous improvement.

Location requirement: Warsaw (hybrid model 50/50). Language requirement: English (mandatory).
