Antal is recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst with database knowledge to act as a liaison between business and technical teams. The role involves analyzing processes, gathering requirements, working with data, and creating documentation to support system development. The position is remote with occasional visits to Zielona Góra and client delegations in Germany, offered on a B2B contract.

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
• Practical experience with data and database systems
• Fluent German for communication with German-speaking teams and clients
• Very good English for international environment and technical documentation
• Strong SQL skills including advanced queries and data structure analysis
• Practical knowledge of data modeling and database schema interpretation
• Basic knowledge of ETL processes
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics understandably
• Experience in collecting and documenting business requirements
• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Analyze business processes and map them accordingly
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Create functional specifications, User Stories, and use cases
• Communicate complex technical issues clearly
• Collaborate with developers, managers, and business users
