Project Manager/ Program Manager

• Experience in IT project management in infrastructure and corporate environments
• Minimum 7 years in a similar role, especially in banking or financial sector
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Prince) and tools (MS Project, JIRA, MS Office)
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end from planning to implementation and quality control
• Experience in risk management, project dependencies, and collaboration with multiple teams
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

• Plan and supervise project work in international IT infrastructure teams aligned with strategic organizational goals
• Monitor project progress and control quality to ensure compliance with scope, schedule, and budget
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, escalate risks and non-compliance with regulatory or corporate requirements
• Prepare materials for management presentations
• Oversee work of project managers within programs, including quality assurance and review of project plans and artifacts
• Verify schedules, budgets, risk plans, and dependencies prepared by project managers
• Conduct periodic project reviews (health checks / quality gates)
• Ensure application of project standards (PMO, methodology, governance)
• Implement and enforce reporting and documentation standards
• Identify project trends and deviations (delays, budget overruns, systemic risks)
• Manage inter-project dependencies at the program level
• Work in a hybrid model: 2 days in office every 3 weeks in Warsaw or Wrocław
