Project Manager (Tribe)

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager (mid/senior level)
• Experience in the financial sector (mandatory)
• Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Ability to work in an Agile environment (tribe, PO, cross-team collaboration)
• Proactivity and independence in action
• Communicative knowledge of Polish and English

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of IT architecture
• Knowledge of cloud solutions

• Supporting the work of two business tribes
• Collaborating with Product Owners and project teams
• Coordinating activities between teams
• Collaborating with architects and understanding technological context
• Working with external suppliers
• Initiating and improving actions with high autonomy and proactivity
• Performing a dynamic role without a fixed task list, adapted to tribe needs
