EAI - Technical Lead, Systems and DevOps

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical fields such as computer science, MIS, engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of professional IT experience
• 10+ years of experience in design, coding, and implementation of data and application integration solutions
• 10+ years of scripting and programming experience, focusing on Python, Bash/Shell, or PowerShell
• 7+ years of experience in CI/CD and automation, with Jenkins and AWS Code Pipeline preferred
• Deep knowledge and experience with AWS Cloud Services including computing, storage, databases, containerization, serverless, and cloud native solutions
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform preferred
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools
• Proven experience with Cloud Native and AI-driven solutions preferred
• Experience with service-oriented architectures, ESB, web services, and integration principles
• Strong understanding of security and networking protocols
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, platforms, and methodologies
• Foundational understanding of architecture design principles
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as technical support, consulting, or solutions architecture
• Familiarity with information models and industry data standards such as automation and agile architecture
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, strategic thinking, teamwork, and fast integration into teams
• Understanding of regulated Healthcare industry and FDA design controls is an advantage

• Lead evaluation, design, and analysis for implementation and refinement of key platforms, processes, and delivery models in the EAI domain
• Collaborate with DevOps COE, Infrastructure Cloud Engineers, and EAI team members to establish future-proof solutions and stabilize existing platforms
• Create and deliver comprehensive solutions focusing on design principles and dependencies between business and IT
• Manage and develop the portfolio of capabilities for projects or products, working with business, IT teams, and external partners
• Analyze business-IT environment to detect deficiencies, legacy issues, and technical debt, recommending improvements
• Design and direct governance activities to ensure delivery adheres to architectural framework and compliance
• Facilitate evaluation and selection of platforms, capabilities, and delivery mechanisms, including software configurations
• Monitor integration portfolio to identify deficiencies and misalignments with business requirements
• Work closely with project management office to ensure execution aligns with project plans
• Collaborate with product owners and managers to ensure architectural runway supports future business requirements
• Partner with application architects within agile teams
