Wymagania
- Basic experience in incident response and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Spyglass.
- Understanding of data architecture and processing tools like Databricks.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills for incident documentation and coordination.
Nice to have:
- Certifications in DevOps Foundation, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft AZ900, or Databricks Fundamentals.
Obowiązki
- Lead major incident response and root cause analysis to ensure rapid resolution.
- Support ongoing operations by maintaining platform reliability and performance.
- Implement and enhance observability solutions for effective monitoring and alerting.
- Collaborate with vendor teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and issue resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of incident management and operational processes.
