Wymagania

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience with a history of managing a B2B iGaming platform ecosystem.
  • Deep, hands-on exposure to PAM (Player Account Management), player segmentation engines, and complex iGaming bonus architectures within B2B iGaming platforms.
  • Proven people management experience leading and scaling teams of Product Managers.
  • Ability to operate with 80%+ autonomy, including leading technical groomings, establishing visions, and making prioritization decisions.
  • Experience running technical product presentations or system demos for high-value enterprise B2B clients.
  • Excellent communication skills in fluent English for stakeholder alignment.

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience adapting, localizing, and configuring platform tools for the LATAM market infrastructure.

Obowiązki

Strategy & outcomes:

  • Own and execute the 12-month product vision and roadmap for the UBO stream, incorporating evolving tech and competitive landscape data.
  • Drive functional evolution and UI optimization of the back-office environment to make it an elite selling point for global clients.
  • Maximize financial performance and ROI through data-driven lifecycle management.

Discovery & decisions:

  • Validate functional requirements for core modules (PAM, bonuses, segmentation) via competitor and market analysis.
  • Execute product trade-offs autonomously amid technical debt or regulatory shifts.
  • Influence user research as the primary advocate for enterprise client needs within engineering.

Delivery & execution:

  • Ship high-scale platform updates on time, tracking feature delivery against deadlines.
  • Scale and implement new product development workflows, sharing best practices across the product organization.
  • Ensure internal transparency by publishing clear, metric-driven work outcomes and follow-ups.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Partner with adjacent product heads to integrate their tools into the core back office.
  • Lead end-to-end product presentations and system demos for tier-1 B2B clients during pre-sales and onboarding.
  • Teach product thinking to cross-functional departments to streamline execution and workflows.

People & Organization:

  • Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team of 3–4 Product Managers and analysts.
  • Build personal development plans based on 360 feedback, maintaining high engagement and zero tolerance for low performance.
