Wymagania

  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with CRM products and Salesforce.
  • Strong product mindset with the ability to frame problems, make trade-offs, and focus on outcomes.
  • Experience translating complex business needs into product requirements, roadmaps, and backlogs.
  • Data-driven approach to decision making with sound business judgment.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and propose scalable solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to create product narratives and support stakeholders through change.
  • Ability to influence a broad set of stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams globally.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
  • Client-oriented mindset focused on delivering value.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with strong negotiation and influencing skills.

Obowiązki

  • Act as the primary product linkage between business stakeholders, the Salesforce team, and Product & Technology to ensure business priorities are reflected in the CRM roadmap.
  • Support the definition, maintenance, and delivery of the CRM roadmap, collaborating with CRM and Billing & Payments leadership.
  • Lead assessments of current business processes and contribute to defining future processes.
  • Translate commercial, contractual, and operational needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Work closely with Salesforce Business Partners and engineering teams to ensure solution alignment and integration.
  • Support scalable and well-governed CRM data foundations for reliable reporting and analytics.
  • Drive change and adoption by promoting new ways of working and supporting users through transitions.
  • Communicate priorities, progress, trade-offs, and outcomes to stakeholders through narratives and data-backed decision making.
