Staff AI Product Manager (m/f/d)

• Proven experience in startup environments or leading "zero-to-one" product initiatives as a founder or founding team member.
• Deep, practitioner-level understanding of AI's impact on product development and user interaction.
• Ability to operate effectively in rapidly changing technology landscapes.
• Track record of identifying and executing experiments that disrupt business models.

Nice to have:

• Experience entering and scaling products in the US market.
• Background in lead or senior product roles such as Product Director or Head of Product in early-stage ventures.
• Experience working in hybrid squads with engineers, designers, and PMs as a high-velocity unit.
• Conversational English language skills for business-wide communication.

• Lead the strategic development of AI-native solutions within an internal incubator.
• Spearhead high-impact experimentation to challenge established business models.
• Investigate emerging technologies to keep the product ecosystem at the forefront of the industry.

English language skills at a conversational level are required as English is the company language used for all business communications.
