Field Product Manager

Blue Language Labs Inc. is building agentic AI solutions aimed at helping local businesses discover opportunities, build relationships, and increase revenue through practical AI applications.

• Around 5 years of professional experience in product management, customer success, business development, consulting, project management, solutions, or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong experience working directly with clients or business customers.
• Proven ability to listen carefully, understand customer needs, and identify real problems behind feedback.
• Experience gathering, structuring, and communicating customer feedback to product and development teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product insights, feature ideas, priorities, or requirements.
• Strong fluency in both Polish and English.
• Active driving licence and access to own car with ability to travel regularly around Kraków and nearby areas.
• Genuine interest in GenAI, agentic AI, technology, and business growth.
• Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business acumen and curiosity about revenue generation.
• Creativity, energy, low ego, and proactive mindset.
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment and learn through experimentation.
• Comfort working across business, customer, product, and development teams.
• Consultative approach focused on solving problems and creating value, not pushing a product.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with local businesses, SMEs, or business communities.
• Experience in SaaS, AI, automation, CRM, marketplaces, business tools, or other technology products.
• Familiarity with AI tools, CRM systems, automation tools, or go-to-market workflows.
• Experience in roles such as Field Product Manager, Customer Success Manager, Business Development Manager, Project Manager, Founder Associate, Product Operations, or Solutions Consultant.

• Engage local businesses and build trusted, long-term relationships.
• Understand commercial challenges, needs, pain points, and growth opportunities of customers.
• Position MyOS and agentic AI in a practical, business-focused way.
• Support adoption of MyOS and help customers use agentic AI to create business value.
• Help businesses identify and activate new revenue opportunities.
• Act as a bridge between local businesses and product and technology teams.
• Gather customer feedback through conversations, product usage insights, and ongoing engagement.
• Translate customer needs and market feedback into clear, actionable insights for product and development teams.
• Work closely with development team on system improvements, new features, and prioritization based on feedback.
• Support ongoing engagement between businesses and relevant counterparties.
• Track measurable outcomes focusing on increased sales, adoption, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
• Experiment with creative ways to generate awareness and excitement around agentic AI.
