Data Analyst (AI-Powered)

The project involves working for a cloud-based platform provider that digitizes end-to-end workforce management for intensive industries such as staffing, security, and facility services. The role focuses on building a modern Analytics and Business Intelligence solution integrating operational data from multiple multi-country ERP systems into customer-facing insights and data products.

General & AI Skillset:

• Fluency in English (B2/C1) for daily professional communication.
• Strong ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep knowledge of advanced AI productivity tools including MCP, agent skills, harness engineering with Claude code, Cursor, Codex, and Worktrees.

ETL & Data Engineering:

• Proven experience developing data pipelines using Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Hands-on use of Pandas, NumPy, and DuckDB (or equivalent analytical SQL engines) for transformations, validation, and performance-conscious processing.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and utilizing SDKs to extract data from various sources (APIs, SQL databases).
• Expertise in SQL for complex data manipulation and creating normalized datasets.

Business Intelligence:

• Solid experience using BI tools to manage datasets and generate high-quality dashboards.
• Expertise in dashboard design, including interactive elements and deep-dive filters.
• Experience with Apache Superset is a strong plus.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with cloud environments and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of rights management, data security, and access control within BI tools.
• Familiarity with parallelizing ETL processes and workflow orchestration to improve efficiency.

• Lead the development of scalable ETL pipelines and customer-facing analytics for multi-tenant setups from requirements to published datasets and dashboards.
• Partner with stakeholders to define key metrics, map them to ERP/operational data, and prioritize feasible KPIs.
• Build reliable pipelines that ingest, validate, transform, and document data into curated, analysis-ready datasets.
• Design and implement interactive, intuitive dashboards enabling customers to filter, analyze, and interpret data.
• Ensure all solutions scale seamlessly across multiple customers with minimal manual effort.
